专利摘要:
This invention relates to vehicle passive safety devices. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of operation. The vehicle's seat belt system contains an automatically locking retractor device, including sensors and actuators, and a clamping device. The latter includes a pivot arm 1 mounted on a fixed pivot axis 2. On this lever, a wedge part 5 is pivotally mounted and equipped with a return spring 7. An executive rod 9 is connected to the lever 1 and is used to move the wedge part 5 in contact with the belt belt 10. The jamming surface 15 of the part 5 is provided with gripping teeth 16. In the resting position, the jamming surface 15 is relative to the belt in the direction of its travel, such that when the part 5 moves to the belt 10, the latter locks due to the engaging teeth 16 of the belt. 24 hp f-ly, 25 ill.

专利说明:

If the housing cover 57 is located 55, between both guides outside the zone of the openings 55, a part 64 of the lateral guide for the belt strap is formed-passes through the side beams 62. The input and the surviving storage of the lubricant running slots are labeled accordingly by the positions 71 and 70.
13
Fig. 15 shows an embodiment of the movable jamming part 5. Here the jamming part is made of two parts, namely, the jamming part 5 consists of the load bearing body of the base 22 and the toothed plate 23 mounted on the front with the teeth 16. The gripping teeth 16 are shown in more detail in FIG. 16, 17 and 18.
Gripping teeth are used for quick and soft jamming with the seat belt. In accordance with the image in FIG. 15-18, the engaging teeth are raised against the belt belt movement direction, i.e. the ends of the teeth are directed against the direction of stretching the belt tape to its surface. Moreover, in accordance with the image in FIG. 16-18 exciting teeth have an asymmetrical pyramidal shape. These teeth are arranged in accordance with the image in FIG. 18 so that the ends of the 72 teeth in the row are offset one above the other. This is done, in particular, in the process of adapting to the special structure of the seat-belt fabric.
The choice of sizes of exciting teeth is of particular importance. Preferably, the bottom surface 73 of the slice 4 of the engaging teeth 16 is at an angle of about 3 to 10 ° with the normals 74 to the surface of the seatbelt belt. The depth t of the tooth is approximately 2/3 of the thickness of the belt belt and the height of the tooth corresponds to the distance between the weft threads of the woven belt belt. Due to this, the teeth engage with the yarn between the warp and the weft yarn, while at the same time the safety belt fabric is slightly loaded. Due to this, frequent jamming can be carried out without damaging the belt belt. i
Since the force effect between the jamming part 5 and the jamming surface 15 or the zone equipped with the teeth 16 in the direction A of winding the belt, the seat belt on the exit side of the jamming surface is greatest, and on the input side the smallest jamming surface (Fig. 19)

has a width tapering in the direction of stretching the belt, moreover, on the entrance side, the width is preferably greater than the width of the belt tape 10. If, for example, the belt tape has a width of 46 to 48 mm, then the width of the jamming surface on the entrance side should preferably be 50 mm, and on the exit side 30 mm. Due to this, a uniform belt belt load is achieved and, therefore, a higher fit is achieved.
Preferably, about 400 pick-up teeth are used for the jamming part. In this case, the wedging surface has an expansion of approximately 25 x 45 mm.
FIG. 18, the gripping teeth are oriented against the direction of stretching of the safety belt and on a horizontal projection on the plane of the wedging surface of the wedging piece 5 along a line parallel to the direction of drawing of the belt. In accordance with the image in FIG. 20, the individual engaging teeth 16 are oriented at an acute angle of about 20 ° against the direction of stretching of the seat belt, with FIG. 20 shows only one tooth. In accordance with the image in FIG. 21 in the direction normal to the direction of stretching of the safety belt and in the plane of the jamming surface between the teeth 16 is a free space c. In combination with the offset arrangement of the teeth, this free space allows for a semi-geometric closure between the warp threads of the tape belt and the gripping teeth of a wedging surface in which the warp threads twist between the teeth in the form of a meander.
For example, the teeth have the following dimensions. Size Q, depending on the fabric of the belt, is preferably about 1.7 mm, size b about 1.5 mm and size from about 0.6-0.8 mm. The distance between teeth c on fig. 21 is about 1.5 mm. The height of the tooth h in the direction of stretching of the belt is in accordance with FIG. 22 exampleslr; 15
to 1.7 mm. The angle ft in FIG. 22 is preferably 60 ° and the height of the forelock with normal to the jamming surface is about 0.8 mm, i.e. 2 /} belt belt thickness. The ends are preferably rounded along a radius of 0.1 mm. The distance between the tops of the teeth in the direction of stretching the belt tape depends on the distance of the weft threads in the belt tape, with the warp threads running in the longitudinal direction of the tape, and the weft threads normal to them. In a known way, the warp threads are with the receiving force of the belt straps.
FIG. Figure 23 shows a variant of the arrangement of the teeth in the case of a high ultimate load, namely, depending on the differential effect of the force, in accordance with which the tooth decreases in height with increasing force share. Downward in the direction of stretching, the teeth against the direction of stretching of the belt belt have increasing height, namely 0.5, 0.6 and 0.7 mm for the first three rows of teeth and 0.8 mm for the remaining rows of teeth. The indicated values correspond in the indicated order to approximately 40, 50 and 60% and 2/3 of the belt thickness of the belt.
FIG. 24 and 25, two possibilities are shown for fastening the belt belt in the core 75 of the coil 2 of the retractor. For this, in accordance with FIG. 24, a slotted 76 is shown along the offset from the center of the chord; 12). The end is laid out in the form of a fold a and fixed with the help of a clip 79. Then the end of the belt 10 is inserted into the extension 77 according to the direction of the arrow 80. The direction of rotation of the coil when the belt is pulled in is indicated by the arrow 81. always perceived by jamming details
9lf
Another embodiment follows from FIG. 25 with two offset from the center of the slots 76 and 82, and the slot 76 has a width of 2 mm, and the slot 82 - 1.5 mm. The filling slot 76 basically corresponds to the filling slot 76 (Fig. 24) and is also made in the same place with rounding 78. At the opposite end between the slots, a tooth 83 is shifted back by the thickness of the seatbelt tape. Equal spline 76, where rounding 78 is provided. Then, the end of the belt tape, in accordance with arrow 84, is inserted into another spline 82. In order to retain the end of the belt there, a recess 85 is formed above the part of the spline 82, forming a flexible wall at the border with the spline 82 86, in which a tooth 87 protruding into the slot 82 is provided, which engages with an inserted end of the belt 10 of the safety belt. Such an attachment of the seat belt in the core of the coil or in the shaft of its shaft is possible if, when the belt is pulled out completely, a shaft is seized, and the belt is jammed and takes up the force.
